1. Agreement

1. By placing an order, you are entering into a contract of sale with Ollie’s Painted Angels, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.

2. An order only comes into effect once the booking deposit or full payment has been received.

3. Ordering and Purchasing of vinyl Reborn Dolls

1. Placing an order or reserving a Reborn doll without a kit / booking deposit or full payment will not guarantee your purchase. Kit consists of a blank reborn, head, arms and legs with cloth body.

2. Reborn Dolls will be placed up for adoption should no kit / booking deposit or payment be received within 5 working days.

3. It is your responsibility to make the necessary arrangements with Ollie’s Painted Angels. Should no communication be received, the original arrangement will be null and void and the Reborn Doll will be advertised as available. Arrangements can be made to pay the deposit or full amount on a specific date.

4. Ollie’s Painted Angels will not be held liable should the Reborn Doll be sold to another customer if the above terms and conditions have not been met.

4. Ordering and Purchasing of silicone babies and blank kits

1. Full payment is required immediately upon order. The silicone baby / mold will only be poured once payment has cleared. Silicone Kits are only processed on request, no stock will be kept on site at this point.

2. All silicone kit orders will be processed within 5 working days depending on supplier stock availability.

3. Reproduction rights belong to Ollie’s Painted Angels.

4. You have the right to paint and sell any silicone kits purchased from Ollie’s Painted Angels.

5. All silicone kits / babies are poured in Ecoflex 00-20 or Ecoflex 00-30 depending on supplier availability. Ecoflex is a very versatile premium rubber that is used for making prosthetics and comes in different hardness. Ecoflex 00-20 being at the softer end of the scale

6. Placing an order or reserving a silicone baby without a holding deposit or full payment will not guarantee your purchase. Holding deposit will depend on the size and type of silicone doll i.e. cuddle babies (head, hands with cloth body) or full body silicone babies.

7. All prices are subject to change depending on the annual increases from the silicone suppliers.

5. Booking / Holding Deposit and Payment Period

1. A 30% kit / booking deposit will be required on all orders or should you reserve a Reborn Doll.

2. The remainder of the balance can be paid off within 2-months / 8 weeks or if otherwise stipulated during the sales process.

3. Holding deposits are only applicable to adhoc reborn dolls / silicone babies. Adhoc reborn dolls / silicone babies are excluded from orders.

4. This does not apply to Reborn Dolls that are available immediately

6. Order Cancellations

1. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are 100% certain of the sale prior to placing your order.

2. Cancellations must be done within 5 working days.

3. A penalty fee/deposit amount will be charged after this period should a specific kit have been requested during the sales process.

7. Waiting Period

1. All orders will be completed within 8 weeks or unless otherwise arranged by Ollie’s Painted Angels. Exceptions will be made depending on the workload and waiting list.

2. Waiting period does not apply to Reborn Dolls that are 100% complete / available immediately.

8. Shipping

1. Shipping is excluded from the price of the Reborn Doll

2. All parcels will be sent out within 2 working days with Postnet or The Courier Guy. Shipping costs will depend on the area that you live in.

3. A quote will be provided prior to shipping for approval prior to shipping

9. Returns Policy

1. To be eligible for a return, the doll must be sent back in the same condition that you have received it including the accessories, certificates etc.

2. You have a 1 working day period from the receipt of the Reborn Doll to return should you not be satisfied with the quality of the Reborn Doll.

3. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the Reborn Doll. Shipping costs are non refundable.

4. Being unable to bond with the Reborn Doll will not be accepted as a valid reason to return, it is your responsibility to sell the Reborn Doll privately to recover the funds.

10. Refunds

1. All babies are purchased voetstoots and no refunds will be made. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that they have sufficient photos and information prior to purchasing the doll

2. It cannot be guaranteed that a full refund will be executed. All dolls are hand made and carry no guarantee.

3. Ollies’ Painted Angels does not take any responsibility for damage or loss to your purchased baby and no refunds will be made for any damages or loss.

11. Booboo Silicone Cuddle Babies

1. Defects on all booboo silicone cuddle babies will be disclosed prior to the purchase of the doll with clear pictures. No refunds or returns will be granted.

12. Guarantee

These baby dolls are not recommended for children and carry no guarantee as they are hand made products.

Failure to honour transition:

Should you fail to honour the transaction within the required amount of time prescribed, legal action will be taken against on attorney client scale (including tracing agents, and all associated costs)
